Okay, guys. I am SO super excited about this book today!
This is my friend Betsy St. Amant. And she’s awesome. I mean, really awesome. She’s super fun, super real and has a super cute daughter and basically, she’s just super all around. π
She just came out with her latest book which I am dying to read because it totally looks right up my alley. I mean, it’s got a cupcake on the cover. You can’t have a better cover than that!
Her official bio: Betsy St. Amant has a heart for three things β chocolate, new shoes and sharing the amazing news of Godβs grace through her novels. She lives in Louisiana with her adorable story-telling young daughter, a collection of Austen novels, and an impressive stash of Pickle Pringles. A freelance journalist and fiction author, Betsy is a member of American Christian Fiction Writers and is multi-published in Contemporary Romance. Her ninth Love Inspired novel released in January 2014, while her first romance with Zondervan Publishers comes out September 2014. When sheβs not reading, writing, or singing along to the Tangled soundtrack with her daughter, Betsy enjoys inspirational speaking and teaching on the craft of writing, and can usually be found somewhere in the vicinity of a white-chocolate mocha.
And Betsy, take it away!!

I would go to Paris. A friend's parents went on a trip there, and the stories were so wonderful. It is such a beautiful city.
This book sounds great! I love romance books and ones involving food are that much better. π
If money were no object I would definitely go to England. I would want to just stay until I was able to see everything I desire to see. Other parts of Europe would be great too, but with long breaks in between.
Probably Paris for a week then on the way home stop in Hawaii for another week!! Ooh and maybe Colorado or Cali!!
That's a tough one. I'd like to visit all fifty states, even though I've visited a little more than half already, with an extended stay in the west. Staying on a ranch in MT has always been a dream of mine.

One of my dream vacations is Prince Edward Island.
New Zealand! I've been dreaming about it and trying to figure out how to get myself there for about ten years now. π It looks like the most beautiful place on earth.
If money were no object, I would visit so many places in Europe and the UK! I am so excited for this book of Betsy's! I love cupcakes (who doesn't?) and baking, and it sounds like a great story. I can't wait to read it. π
If money were no object I would go back to Italy and take a cooking class. π
If money were no object, I would spend a month or two (maybe longer) in Ireland and Scotland! π
I would go to Europe. First Paris, France where i'll eat delicious French pastries and drink coffee… then London…then Germany to see where my family's from…..and then just wander around Europe seeing all the hidden gems…
It seems silly, but I would still go to Holden Beach and spend a quiet week with my family : )
I would travel to all 50 states in an RV with my husband and 4 kiddos π
That sounds like a wonderful book to read! I also enjoyed the Q&A interview so much!
I would love to go to Ireland and Austria..
a cruise in Alaska with Hubby for our 40th anniversary π
If we wanted to stay fairly close to home–Sea Pines, SC. For a bigger adventure . . . Hawaii?
